Woodridge School Training Course
10-12 October 2013

One of the toughest courses we have had yet! Not because of the students (who were great) but due to the extremely wet weather. All students and instructors were thoroughly drenched by early afternoon on Saturday and a long night without a sleeping bag were all we had to look forward to!

We were super impressed with the Woodridge students for sticking it out even though warmth and hot showers were a short hike away. We hope that they learnt some survival techniques to keeping warm and making the best of a bad situation.

We are only sorry we didn't get more photos (the camera was stored away so it would not get damaged in the wet and subsequently missed the excellent shelter, mopane worm and 'cats tail' eating that went on!

It's always a pleasure hosting this course for such enthusiastic students.
